1. A half-day Reading People Workshop
For a maximum of twelve participants
Programme
The system is revealed in a clear and precise manner, each type is explored in detail using examples from history, members' own lives and contemporary culture. We look at the typical occupations for each type and also their worst possible jobs. The group creates an ideal company using the system and also finds the precise recipe for business failure - which can be just as useful to know. The relationships and misunderstandings that arise naturally between types are addressed and solutions are explored.
Each participant has the option to discover their own type and look at the implications this has in their personal and professional life. Time and willingness permitting, we use role-play and improvisation to experience the nature of one's type.
There is a strong thread of humour running through the session, as nothing is funnier than human nature.
Outcomes
Members come away with practical knowledge of the system and the potential applications. The number of Ahas can be extraordinary; the information is fascinating, for some it is life changing. This system can help put into concrete terms insights we have into others but do not have a context for. On a personal level, members come to greater acceptance of themselves and other people. Once we see the influence one's type has it becomes easy to let go of expecting others to be different.
Professionally the amount of money and energy saved when we find the right type for the job is enormous.

2. A full day Reading People Masterclass
This goes deeper into the personal learning and applications. There is time for a question and answer session that facilitates hands-on applications of the system using real life situations.
3. A keynote talk on Reading People
Lively and humorous yet has a profound effect when delegates reflect upon the material. Time permitting we use volunteers from the audience as examples of types. Visual aids and short movie clips enrich the learning process.
4. Breakout sessions on Reading People for conferences
This adds a completely different dimension to an event, learning can be put into practice immediately and can be a revelation in large groups.
5. Bespoke Reading People Training
To raise the awareness level of a team, explore habitual dynamics and unlock hidden potential. These are especially powerful when applied for a specific purpose or in a retreat setting. Can be a one-off, a series or ongoing.
